To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

What items are returnable?
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
Items must be unworn, unused, and in re-sellable condition
Original tags and packaging must be intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Worn, washed, or damaged items
Orders returned after the 14-day period
The item I received is faulty — what should I do?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Claims made after 7 days will be considered standard wear and tear.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — you can request an exchange through the returns process.
You’ll be able to select a different size or item, subject to availability.
What are the refund options?
Refund to original payment method
Refund to store credit (if preferred)
How do I ship back my return?
Instructions will be sent by email after your return is approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. SEVTÉ is not liable for lost returns.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
